The online purchase and in-store trade-in experiences were smooth. The iPad mini, of course, is everything we expected it to be. But...we ran into repeated problems transferring data from the old iPad to the new iPad. The process would hang up or loop, particularly when we tried to update the iOS, as required before anything else could be done. Pro tip: Do all of this through your Mac desktop. That is, back up your old iPad to the Mac and then activate, update and transfer data to your new iPad through the Mac. That was the only way we could get this thing going.

LOVE the Mini! We have iPhones, an iPad 12.9 Pro, windows laptops and PCs but the Mini is a perfect addition we wish we bought sooner! It fits perfectly in my purse for shopping list reviews or web searching while in a waiting room.
