[Rewarded Review] An upgrade from the Scott toilet paper of my childhood
KatyBee· Review provided by Target · January 5, 2025
I grew up in a family that used regular Scott toilet paper, and my memories of this toilet paper are not necessarily fond ones, but the paper was cost effective and lasted a long time. Plus, it was safe for the septic system. When the opportunity to review Scott's "Comfort Plus" toilet paper came along, I thought I would give Scott another chance. My family all thought that it felt more comfortable and thicker than the regular Scott toilet paper, but it's not a game-changer for us. We'll stick with a more comfortable and durable paper. The rolls are small and light, and the paper tube has a tendency to squish, thereby making it a little clunky on the toilet paper holder. Each roll lasts longer than I had expected because the paper is so thin, but at only 231 sheets per roll, it's not practical for a family. Overall, I would not personally purchase this toilet paper for my needs, but I will definitely recommend it to my mom, who still swears by the regular Scott toilet paper. Maybe she will finally upgrade to something a bit more comfortable.
Scott ComfortPlus lies about its thickness!

Scott ComfortPlus toilet paper didn't turn out as thick as it said. I thought when I bought this toilet paper with the price being higher than $8.99 (the average cost for the most basic version of Scott toilet paper) that it should be thicker than the average thickness, but it wasn't. These rolls aren't any thicker than the average sized rolls that sell for $8.99 for 12 rolls. I wanted to get toilet paper that's as thick as Angel Soft toilet paper which is extremely thick, but also expensive as I'm used to buying toilet paper for under $8.99 and Angel Soft is now $15.97 when I had been buying 12 rolls of Angel Soft for $6.76 back in 2022 and now it's $15.97. I thought "that's too much" so I started buying Scott toilet paper. Well, it looks like I'm going to have to go back to buying from Angel Soft since Scott toilet paper rolls are too thin and ran out before the end of the month forcing me to use Viva paper towels as toilet paper because the Scott toilet paper ran out, then after ordering the Scott toilet paper I had to wait 10 days to get it delivered (I selected shipping). Why is it that Viva paper towels and Scott toilet can be ordered on the same day and you get the Viva paper towels delivered in two days, but the Scott toilet paper took 10 days to get delivered? Why?!!!
[Rewarded Review] Soft and gentle Scott Comfort plus toilet paper
Nannette66· Review provided by Target · January 4, 2025
I received the Scott Comfort plus toilet paper from Hey Bullseye in exchange for my honest review. I've always used Scott products. To me I just feel there the best brand around. When I had the opportunity to try the Comfort plus toilet paper, I was excited to try something new from scott. I like the fact that this toilet paper has ridges to it. It's a lot softer than the regular Scott toilet paper that I normally buy. And a really positive plus for me on this toilet paper. My entire family got sick between Christmas and New years. And we were too ill to go out and buy tissues. We were using the Scott Comfort plus toilet paper. And it was very gentle on our noses. And it held up wonderfully. I definitely recommend this toilet paper not only for stuffy noses, but for in your bathroom too.
[Rewarded Review] Pretty fly for a single ply.

Please pardon me for the delayed response. It's been a very rough month. We've had two deaths in the family and it's been difficult with everything going on. That being said, I lost the other photo I had of the product that was clearer. So this is kinda blurry in some of the words. I'm sorry. I'd have to say for being a single ply tissue paper it's pretty decently absorbent. It held up to tears and ( copious amounts of) snot. It held up against a toddlers messes and the use of bathroom goings. It's almost pleated in a way so to speak so it helps with the absorbency and strength durability of the paper. Albeit, sits still easily torn in its own way since it is still single ply. It just isn't like sheer tissue paper that you can blow and it shreds. It gets the job done. If the normal 2 ply I normally get wasn't available at my dollar store for the same exact price I'd purchase this over the other brands. It's worth the dollar. I'd recommend if you like soft paper that gets the job done.
