June 9, 2020Fantastic read, written in a more conversational style with humour and humility. Loved the dig deep challenges at the end of each chapter. Story built really well, anecdotes were a huge insight. This lady knows her stuff and has researched the heck out of stuff. Great tips for personal growth. I'm a life coach in training so has been an awesome book to give insight into how we think and defeat ourselves sometimes!
Love this book and this author

February 10, 2024Arrived in perfect shape and the packaging size was appropriate. That is, it came in a small envelope, not a gigantic box. No wastefulness.

October 25, 2017This book, like all of Brene's work, is astounding, eye-opening, and so very relevant.
Her style is personal, and sometimes funny. Never preachy. She includes her own journey through her work, and how her subject matter and the things she's learned along the way affects her life.
Read it, live it, then read it again.
