I bought this item a few days ago for a birthday present for my daughter. It looked lovely , the gift packing was amazing, I was so excited to finally buy this for her as she is wanted it for a long time . The first day she wore it just opened and fell off : ( , I then looked online and saw that this happens very often, and has actually gone viral on TikTok with over 15 million views. I wish I knew this before buying : ( Really unacceptable that Pandora does not help in these situations, they do not offer insurance, even though this happens to a lot of their customers. It’s not fair to me or my daughter or other customers that their i items often fall off wrists.

Now that it’s happened and I have googled it and seen it happens very frequently. I have seen that customers have tried to advise on what to do to prevent this happening. One of the things you can do is buy safety charm, but the safety charms are so long which defeats the purpose as it still falls off your wrist and you end up losing it. : (

Beautiful bracelet! Treated myself recently. I had always wanted one. Excellent deal builder online for bracelet and 2 charms. I would have been disappointed in the overall packaging and presentation had it been a gift! All items in one tiny box, goods in plastic bags!
However I am over the moon with my items. Delighted with the customer communication and delivery was fast! Beautiful quality items, with a beautiful shine! I’m looking forward to adding a few more charms

I bought this for my boyfriend along with other charms and sadly the clasp loses it strength. Over time it doesn’t close anymore. It would close but then it just opens back up and my boyfriend would have to keep it in the house bc he didn’t want to lose the charms. Eventually he lost all his charms because the clasp open up. I thought pandora jewelry is better than this?? It’s so upsetting. I paid so much money for the bracelets and the charms for it to break like that within few months? I’m disappointed…

Pics online coesnt do this justice. I purchased the longest length available to add a bunch of charms ( in transit). For some charms you need a little wiggle and turn action to get the charms over the stopper and others you dont. I'll invest in a safety chain to be sure i dont lose these expensive Pandora charms. Sidenote: I'm not a fan of the $1 gift bags but they'll do. I could have purchased cuter gift bags in local stores. Durability etc still remains to be seen considering I just received this today.
