I have been looking for a bag like this for a long time, and finally found this.
1) The zipper outside pocket to keep all little thing like thumb drives, pocket knife, etc.
2) The open outside pocket for passport, ticket so I can fly through checkpoints.
3) Finally, the big zipper pocket to hold cell phone, glasses, anything quite big when I drop the bag, things do not fall out.
Overall, if you are looking for a simple bag, this bag will serve all your needs.
I am very happy with it.
One more, the strap has the little strap holder to keep the strap from twisting when I adjust it for over shoulder.

This is the perfect crossbody bag ever! I love the room I even purchased the wristlet wallet to match and still have room! My glass with the glass case fits. The thicker strap is a double treat for comfort. The zipper closure keeps all your things inside and even has an inside pocket for smaller items. I place my keys or phone inside outside pouch. Thank you Coach for FINALLY having the perfect bag! I would love to see it in more colors because all black can look masculine but hey I really think it's a unisex bag.

The bag was beautiful indeed. It's just the packaging the box was big for the item and was insufficiently taped. Like it can easily rip open incase someone will take it. I hope they can taped it more to ensure the security of the item. They can also add bubble wrap inside the bag for more protection. Though overall the bag was perfect

Nice crossbody for my evening outings. The bag was slightly larger than expected, but it is very good as it has an unfettered outside pocket. Very good for those of us who can legally carry and want to be discreet. The strap of the purse is wide and appears to be secure. My only quibble ia that it could have used an inside zip compartment more so than an outside one. I do like how the leather looks and the overall design of the bag. I thought the bag was a good value for the price.
