Customer service wasn’t good. Pre ordered back in July for a shipment in October, October came around and nothing was shipped. I reached out and customer service pretty much told me too bad we’re on “back order” and they then estimated my set to be shipped out at an even later date even though they had stock online? What kind of scam is that? Take preorder money and just keep customers waiting past estimated delivery date just so you can keep getting full price on items via the website? Not cool. I called them out on that and they wound up shipping both my items because lone and behold they had stock and it wasn’t on “back order”. Received my order and yes the material is thick and the colors are beautiful, however oversized who? My best friend and I both ordered a set and can’t believe how frumpy/stiff/ unflattering these sets are. There is no stretch to the sweatshirt or the sweatpants. I’m easily a medium sometime small in sweats/ hoodies and I ordered a medium hoodie and large sweatpants due to my larger bum and legs and they are so tight it doesn’t make sense. The sweats and sweatshirt have no shape to them. They are straight, very long, and unbelievably unflattering. The worst part; no returns. :) so $100+ on sweatpants that are against everything sweatpants and a sweatshirt should be. If you have even the slightest bit of a curve to your body I’d suggest saving your money. So bummed because these are so cute they just don’t work with an athletic build what so ever.

COMFRT Review in case anyone has been wondering

Levi gave me the biggest hug and told me he loved me after trying this on and was smiling ear to ear! He didn’t know they are weighted or help with anxiety so a completely organic reaction. We are gonna size down to an XS for him but definitely love these COMFRT sets. Alexis got a few pastel sets and they are ADORABLE! only about $50 per set depending what you choose and possibly pick a pre sale shipment so very affordable for a complete set of this quality. The different collections all fit very differently. He is wearing the Tranquil collection in the color Cement and it’s more relaxed fit which is why we will size down but the signature fit was not as oversized and had a smaller hood. We decided to start an exchange of the Signature set to try one from the Coordinate collection. The Pastel collection is kinda in between size wise of the Signature and Tranquil but the hoods are perfection and don’t droop down while still being oversized. Wish I had a picture of Alexis wearing her pastel sets but you know how that goes.

First time buyer of this brand and decided to go with some standard fit sweatpants for a comfortable commute to work (I change into surgical scrubs at the hospital). I wear an XL-2X in pants depending on the type, so I ordered the 2X in these to be safe and expecting some extra room. They do run a little small even in the larger sizes with minimal stretch found in the elastic waistband. Also very weighted, even more so than I was anticipating from reading the product description. Perhaps the weight would be a good quality for some with the purpose of helping to relieve anxiety, but for me personally they cause anxiety due to the always noticeable sensation of having something heavy and hot on my legs. On the bright side of that is that they are very warm and soft (especially the interior) for the brutal winter season where I live or for those who run cold in general. Overall, I do really like the simplistic chic look as well as the high waisted fit and loose legs, but not my favorite.

First off, the sweats run huge and are very long. I made a purchase that turned into a huge pain to return. I didn’t know that I couldn’t just do an outright exchange and I couldn’t return. I was given a voucher which didn’t account for the initial discount I got. I returned two sweat outfits and two sweatpants. I ended up getting. Two cheaper sweatpants sets and having to pay more to account for the price difference. Customer service told me that I should’ve read their return policy so here’s to everyone else on the fence about buying them. I feel like the product is good but if they’re that good there should be a better exchange/return policy in place. I asked to just exchange everything for a smaller size and didn’t get a response to that.
