Achieve Sales Targets – in terms of volume and revenue generation within the Mt. Kenya Region
Ensure growth in market share
Main Responsibilities and Duties
1. Development and management of an optimal distribution system to ensure maximum availability of Star seeds products
2. Monitoring sales trends against forecast and initiating actions to ensure achievement of the company's revenue and volume objectives
3. Achievement of set company market shares
4. Advising farmers on appropriate agronomic practices of star seeds products
5. Training and development of trade partners
6. Development and implementation of trade marketing activities aimed at growing of Star Seed business (ASK shows and Country agricultural fairs)
7. Minimum of 30 new accounts per month.
8. To ensure all outstanding invoices are paid within the agreed time frames.
